- Output Errors: If a specific character or word is not converting correctly, please send us the original Unicode text and mention which font format you were trying to convert it to.
- New Font Functionality: Need a font format that isn't supported yet? Email us the name of the font.
- Custom Font Mappings: If your publication uses a custom ASCII font layout, please email us a sample text file or the font mapping matrix. Do not upload or send proprietary font files if it violates licensing—just send us the mapping rules or character matrix, and we will add support for it!
- General Feedback: Any suggestions to make the tool better for your daily DTP workflow.
